What was the highlight of Mio Loft
Very Good
We loved the location, it was very peaceful and nice area. Very clean and spacious little apartment with a pretty good kitchenette, we stayed a week and cook a lot and it was quite standardly equipped. Most of all, the bed was absolutely amazing! The mattress and the pillows were the best we've slept in a while. So comfy we would come back just for that!
The kitchen only had one fork and the fridge was abnormally loud 24/7. We contacted their WhatsApp which is a chat bot that I struggled with a lot both in Spanish and English. Needs serious development. (I asked a question and often got a reply "text us at **** number to get assistance" and it was the actual number I was already texting. Went in circles and in the end gave up and ate with a spoon. Also our balcony had no chairs and table like the other apartments. We were on the first floor and struggled a bit with the visibility, the huge window is mirrored but works both ways, so at times everyone who passes will see the entire inside of the apartment. But luckily there's a big drape, just can't really have a view this way.

there was black hair on the floor and in the shower, no hot water in the kitchen or basin in the bathroom, my booking said a balcony but i didn't get one but over all was good

Needs improvement to reach excellence.
Location
There is no air conditioning, also the internet didn’t work as stated. Being in an apartment facing the main entrance you could hear a lot of noise.

There’s no build in aircondition in the apartment, it’s a noisy portable air condition.
Nice, quite, safe neighbourhood and building with security 24/7. The apartment is spacious for 2 people and have a nice view. The kitchen have all the necessary stuff to make some meal.
Nothing close. No supermarket, bakery or whatsoever on walking distance. No taxi near, only by order. Not a great location if you’re on vacation and what to grab something at night or for breakfast, you will have to plan everything in advance and buy groceries.
